The item is also sold in Japan, so it can be out of stock sometimes.
In this case, your payment will be refunded promptly.

There is possibility that your ordered item may be out of stock since we have another shop in Japan. If your ordered item is out of stock, we will refund your payment through Paypal.

emsYour order will be shipped by JP Post's Express Mail Service (EMS),Registered Air Small Packet(e-Packet) and Surface Air Lifted(SAL)

The package will be insured. However, if the item was damaged during shipping, please let us know and go to your nearest post office to have them issue a damage report.

Please be advised that once a damage report is submitted, your payment will be refunded or your order will be shipped again.

The items of our shop are artificial silk flowers that the maker judged quality goods.

But,artificial silk flowers didn't make all by machine.
So,If even the item is good, there is uneven dyeing of the fabric and the adhesive weakness of the coupling part. Please be understanding you before shopping.

We will exchange incorrect shipped items.

If you received such, please save the item and the whole package for inspection.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the purchased item.

After seven 7 days from receiving the item,item is already irreplaceable.
Or if you have used the item,we can't replace the item.

Duty & Tax

We are located in Japan.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
